I always thought Denzel role was showing cops in a negative light. More so then black people.

TBCH I thought his role in Training Day wasn't that special. But it was the first time Denzel played a villain and he did it well.

I just find it funny cause there were literally no other nominations for Training Day. I loved that movie, but how was he the only person involved that got an Oscar Nod?
