But rumors say no

:jbhmm: who's right

you should already know google will never offer expandable storage :comeon:they want ppl to use their service as much as possible and adding an sd slot would go against that.

the phone sounds good but that design is pretty ugly, mainly the camera part:gag: I hope they push marshmellow out to the nexus player.

Folks been using the developer build of Android 6.0 Marshmallow for the Nexus Player in the XDA forums.

you end up rocking with the nexus player? they going for 50 bucks new now
Naw. I keep thinking about hopping on the deal, but The new upcoming Fire TV just makes a lot more sense for me than the Nexus Player for multiple reasons.

I'm also interested in the new Apple TV. But I need more info on it that's probably not gonna come out till it's released.

Won't be able to watch live tomorrow but I'll keep an eye on liveblogs

5X is underwhelming but If they get the price right and the battery + camera is legit, then maybe.

Z5 - what I want ultimately
5X - Maybe

I need a bigger phone with a bigger battery. But I don't know which of these shyts I want. I almost want to go to iOS :mjcry:

5.7 inch screen 3450mah battery, sounds like the 6p breh.

Although I don't blame you if you just want your phone to be simple and just work. :manny:

According to the dimensions the 6+ and the 6p are very similar.

6p 159.4 mm x 77.8 mm x 7.3 mm (178g)
6s+ 158.2 mm x 77.9 mm x 7.3 mm (192g)

only real difference is weight

I'm just not excited about either Nexus device. The specs just aren't as good as I think they should be. :ld:

We'll see though, I'll wait for reviews once they drop.

The Nexus 6 battery isn't that good. I'm surprised it had a 3220 mAh battery in it.

Everyone who values battery life on an Android phone, should seriously consider Motorola's "Droid" line. This is the Motorola Droid Turbo that was released late last year:

It's a Verizon exclusive, but it's compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile's networks.

The Droid Turbo 2 is supposed is to be released by the end of the year.

The 6plus is 192 grams?:what:

My note 4 was 178 I think and that was really pushing it in the gym, bytch got heavy at times:francis:

Well That's just stock droid without any battery saver programs, least touchwiz, sense and lg ux all have something to shut down processes when battery gets low. Let's just hope M fixes the battery issues, google needs to shut down background processes like IOS does.

And it got worse as time went on, reviewers say battery is trash after 6 months. Android is just a memory hog period, why do you think APPLE ran with 1 gig of ram on the 6 and 5s for so long?

People complained about refreshing apps but apple it conserved battery a little bit:francis:

I hope android M fixes the battery issues once and for all, no more losing 20% battery on standby in my sleep.

Also

The 5x looks good, low res, smaller screen, fingerprint sensor, M should make it work.

The Nexus did get worse over time for me. shyt leaks now even with it only being on wife (no sim card).

Apple and MS are so efficient on battery in standby. I took my iPhone off the charger last night before going to bed and it was at 99%. I used it a few minutes and didn't put it back on the charger and it was at 99% when I picked it up this morning. When I make that mistake with my Nexus, I have to take a charger to work with me :heh: I used to be able to do the same thing with my Nokia 920 too.

I'm sure Android's battery problems are way deeper than what if appears on the surface. It would probably take a full OS rewrite to get it right.
