The difference in power between American sports and football is crazy.

in football there are no trades, you pay for the players and get them to sign a contract. The players and their agents have all the power, they can push for a move whenever and wherever they want, even if the club accepts a bid from club A for the player its ultimately still up to the player if they want to go or go to club B. Teams get fukked over by players all the time.

American sports treat the players like property. The owners have all the power. Being traded against your will. Also having things like Salary Caps.

If I have a son, I know what sport I want him playing for sure.
