1. Stroud is trash.. used your legs to get outside the pocket to open up throws

2. Do Allen need to be blame? Yes… but everyone talks about Harbaugh or Tomlin, but where’s the Sean McDOORMAT blame and he need to be fired

3. Bears got promise, but it’s the NFL and u never know if they can get back

4. Seattle Defense is on some LOB type shyt, still don’t trust the offense like that

5. Maye hasn’t showed me shyt in these last 2 games and i will give Stafford the MVP

I may be alone here, but I love the new blood.

Pats back in AFCCG for first time in 7 years
Broncos back in AFCCG for first time in 10 years
Hawks back in NFCCG for first time in 11 years

These are teams that are historically good (particularly Pats and Broncos, cant tell the story of the NFL without them), but teams that haven't been good in a long time. And they made the Final Four.

Broncos are 4-1 All-Time vs NE in the playoffs, including 2-0 in AFCCG.

Hawks are making their 5th conference championship appearance (1 in AFC, 4th in NFC); Broncos are making their 11th AFCCG appearance; Pats making 16th AFCCG appearance.
But All these three teams (broncos, Seahawks, patriots) were actually competitive and won superbowl titles during the last decade(2010s) they are just coming back with new coaches and new cast of characters/players.

history is Just repeating itself that’s all, it’s the same teams who were running shyt a decade ago who are competitive again with new players ten years later.

Where’s the new blood actually ? There aren’t new teams. Where are teams like the jets, browns, Texans, raiders, dolphins, jaguars, titans? Where are teams like the cowboys, bears, panthers and cardinals? When was the last time any one of these teams played in a nfc or afc championship game?

And the Rams made it to the superbowl in 2018 but lost to the pats, and they won the Lombardi trophy 3 years later in 2021.

And back In the 2000s the seahawks made the Super Bowl (2005-06 season) and the pats won 3 superbowl titles and lost their perfect season and the superbowl title to the giants in 2007. Even the bears had some playoff success ( one SB appearance, one NFCCG appearance ) in the late 2000s/early 2010s( Rex grossman, Brian urlarcher, jay cutler, head coach Lovie smith era )

I learned that no matter how long or short a tenure, the good teams know when to move off coaches, quarterbacks, star players.

New England wasn't afraid to move on from Jerrod Mayo after 1 year. Hired Vrabel, culture changed, now in the championship game. Of course other factors were involved. We all know that.
Rams- weren't afraid to move on from Goff. Even after going to a SB.
Seattle- moving on from DK, Pete Carroll and Geno when they could have easily ran it back
Denver- Moving on from Hackett and Russ quickly. Of course they made the decision easier but some teams would have ran it back
Bears- moving off Fields for Caleb

I know some moves teams make dont always work out. But I give these teams credit for not standing pat and moving on even when it wasn't the popular move.

23-42, 257 yards, 2 TD, 3 INT

Bryce Young

This has got to be the worst QB play the league has seen in the modern era for QB play in the playoffs. There's a case to be made that Jordan Love was the best QB in these playoffs.

Bears are not a good team(except this season) and not in the same category here :dahell:

Having one good year in god knows how long isnt even close. Better example is the Packers moving on from Rodgers.

You know what, this is fair. Hawks have been a consistently strong organization for 20 years; you could argue the Broncos and Pats have been consistently solid since the 80s; the Rams are the only team in this group that recently had like a full decade of ineptitude but even aside from that, they've been a competitive organization since the 70s.

Hawks, Broncos, Pats, haven't had an entire decade stretch of losing in the last 20 years.

The Rams are making their 12th NFC Championship of the Super Bowl era; they are by far the oldest franchise of the four, if you include pre-Super Bowl era, this is their 14th appearance in the conference championship equivalent game....Rams have been a good franchise most of their existence.

So you're right. On a macro scale, the good franchises just keep being good.

This is true too. And if the Texans are really a good franchise (3 straight trips to the Divisional Rd suggests they might be), they will seriously contemplate moving off Stroud. Kyler, Tua, Mac are available. You have davis Mills. You gotta seriously consider if any of those guys raises your ceiling over CJ.

Malik Willis will probably be available too

i mean trent dilfer won a SB with the Ravens

my early pick is Darnold Seahawks

Patriots while good can get got by a team with a good defense that bum CJ Stroud only had to play average and the Texans would have won the game

Buffalo and Baltimore have the same problem.

Good QBs.
Good RBs.
Good TEs.

Lacking a legit #1 WR.

I don't understand why you think you can win a SB with these gifted, smaller YAC guys like Khalil Shakir and Zay Flowers as your main receiving threats.
It's just not going to happen.

Brady won 6 SBs with the Pats and his #1WRs were Troy Brown, Deion Branch, and Julean Edelman in respective years. When he had Moss he didnt win.

Enough with excuses for Josh. He had chances to end that game with better passes.

There's still question marks about all of these teams. Pats haven't looked great with Maye's recklessness but they have an easy path vs. a backup QB in Denver.

Rams defense has looked suspect.

Darnold hasn't been asked to do anything for Seattle yet. He played a practice squad defense and had 124 yards.

Seattle's defense is playing a Rams offense this week instead of practice squad receivers and tight ends.
