Actually I like this ruling. Players are too protected in regards to their face...encourages them to use their head as weapons. Ditka says take away the facemask away totally.

the NFL is becoming very cannibalistic....... it has eaten up everything else. Even on their best day the other major sports cannot compete so now the NFL is just nibbling on itself at this point. Tinkering here and there and forgetting what made the sport so popular in the first place

Thats why i cant stand the NFL as a league. Too many fukking rules. By that i mean in the game and as a league
