Colts were predicted as a superbowl before luck retired.

Jacoby just tanked after half the season. Now whether that was due to injury or him reverting back to normal is another thing.

Preseason predictions don't mean much and that was with Luck.

He was hurt and TY missed games. They didn't have a reliable #2 and the season fell apart. Again Rivers is not the answer. Run it back with Jacoby so you can find out what he has. Draft a QB.

Well, it's more about camps. While every other position have a great non contact camps for youth. There is very little offensive lineman can do to train up and non contact drills are very useless in such a physical position.
