Lets look at their losses... Seattle, Indy, New Orleans, Carolina. All playoff teams.
Lets look at their wins. Seattle, Arizona twice. And they beat Green Bay at home in Week 1.

Then you have, Atlanta, Houston, Jacksonville, Tennessee, St. Louis twice, Tampa Bay and Washington

So losing to playoff teams is a bad thing? It would be better if they had lost to non-playoff teams?

Do you realize that NONE, let me repeat that, NONE of the teams they beat made the playoffs? Who exactly were all the juggernauts on their schedule? They played 3 playoff teams and lost to all 3. But hey the other 3 squads in their division sucked so they earned their playoff berth and home game right?

the rivalries that stem from the divisions are one of the main reasons why the NFL is running the sports world. hence, the reason why the dolphins didnt switch divisions when the afc south was created.

but they lost to San Fran twice which is why their out

This more teams are in the east so its harder for eastern teams to make the playoffs. It's for expansion (soon) but still.
