No, Butler is too raw but is being mentored by Fitz. But he is automatic in the red zone due to his size. You will see him a lot in the red zone this year.

Kurt, Fitz, Johnson, and White are having good camps for wide outs. Especially Kurt. Him and Murray are having good chemistry. Pharaoh Cooper is fielding punts and kicks.

However, I think they'll only have 6 active on game days. So if Cooper is doing special teams that means Butler will be inactive. Basically he'll be competing for gameday activity with White unless something changes.
