Truth be told they have anything but a lot of picks. Before the trade they only had 4. Up to 5 now with an extra one next year. I expect them to trade the 21st pick though to collect a few more.

It’s a terrible move because they essentially traded ford and a first for the right to pay frank clark 105 mil. Brutal offseason got kc. You got the best value in the game going with maholmes on a rookie deal and that gm is getting roasted this offseason

It's not a terrible move. To get that level of pass rusher Clark is they'd have to trade up for an unknown amyway, so I'm not mad at them going for it all now while Mahomes on the rookie deal.

Yeah he's def better than Ford and fits their scheme its just an expensive trade for them. It seems that it would of been better for them to pay dee ford. I understand how much better clark is, but a 1st and a 2nd plus the huge contract doesnt seem worth the difference.

Meanwhile Seattle def got themself out of some trouble this offseason. They came into this offseason w/ Russ, Clark, Jarran Reed, and Wagz all going to be free agents at the end of next season. They were scheduled to have like 100 mill next season in cap room, but obviously were gonna have trouble resigning all of them and only 1 franchise tag. They resigned russ, and just got huge draft capital for clark in a draft w/ very good dline talent.
