I believe it. Look at Robert Kraft, they got this pervert getting jerked off on film and he's getting evidence buried on technicalities, because he can pay for the best lawyers in the world and doesn't have a budget.

NFL has a bunch of money and would've tied this up in court for years. Kaep doesn't have that luxury.
