Of course the heisman means nothing going into the nfl, plenty of winners have been bust. But his potential got a lot more to do than just that, it just the icing on the cake.

And wasn't Russ the 4th qb prospect. I think that was the scouts whole argument that teams shouldn't pass him up like they did russ

No matter what you say some of these nikkas gonna keep comparing Manziel to Tebow. I used to be spectacle of this nikka but after watching every A&M game this season I can honestly say this kid can play in the NFL and succeed. Nikkas look at those 3rd and 25 passes into triple coverage and say he has bad decision making but they don't understand that he has to take those risks for his teams to win because of A&M's terrible defense. Manziel can't just stay in the pocket and throw the ball away or take a sack like Mariota/Bridewater/Winston can. I'm not saying Manziel is better than those guys I'm just saying people ain't giving him enough credit for dominating good teams in terms of offense.

I really don't see why not. Manziel's statistics are abolutely insane.

And he's not just a scrambling QB although NFL analysts are going to try to pigeonhole him into that. Dude can sit in the pocket and deliver bombs like everyone else.

The difference is that when he has to throw on the run I really haven't seen anyone better. His vision and accuracy while running are ridiculous.

Manziel's pocket awareness is crazy.

Manziel has something you can't teach and that's instincts. He always knows where the defenders at and his arm strength and accuracy is as good as any other college QB not named Winston. We all gonna look back and just laugh at doubting Manziel. I guarantee you more than half the nikkas saying he will be a bust haven't watched him for more than 2 games.

Bailed him out? He consistently puts the football on people.

It's really not a crazy statement. They have similar physical attributes and Manziel did way better than Wilson did in college.
