Is he really average or were you expecting a level of play that was ultimately unsustainable?Why is Mahomes looking average this year?
think about it like this he’s still top 3 in all the advanced stats and has only thrown 1 pick to like 16 TDs so far in 6 games.
truth is, he’s already ascended to a level where we take his greatness for granted and it’s only taken 2.5 seasons. the tear down is about to start now, especially if the Chiefs dont win

If you told me the Broncos would force a turnover hold the Chiefs to 0/8 on 3rd down hit Mahomes more than anyone this year and hold him to only 200 yards passing and 1 TD I would think the Broncos pulled off the upset of the year.

how the fukk can I whiff on qb after qb after qb. I think he'll play better today and we have a chance to win since we historically play the chargers well regardless of how bad we are.
It’s a byproduct of teams having to worry about covering the best TE in the NFL and the biggest WR speed mismatch in NFL being thrown passes by the best QB in the NFL.
same reason Sammy Watkins has had monster games, DeMarcus Robinson blew up and some random dude named Pringle puts up numbers. Whoever gets PT opposite of Hill gets to run free
