The access he has to other teams via production meetings and pre-game prep for his FOX job are a massive conflict of interest, even without being allowed at practice or team facilities.

No one cares yet because the Raiders haven't been good, but if and when they start winning games the other owners are gonna absolutely start crying and force Goodell to propose an ultimatum.

What advantage does he have if he can't talk to teams? He watches the same game film as everyone else like he been doing for the last 20 years. This is so misleading...obviously you believe he's just watching tape before broadcasting...there's obligations in Fox Networks , ESPN, etc where coaches and players have to meet with you and speak about what they would not do normally..

It's why you see all the backend stories, etc..

Tom literally has access that no other co owners have based on his broadcast job...

The access and opportunity is there..that's what you don't understand...that's it..he can literally be around facilities and meetings that no other owner has access to...
These are pre production meetings so he gets to know the truth before the public and understand things literally internally..
He's is an owner sitting in on meetings of other teams..
Unless you think this is normal then you don't understand why this is story..
