@yseJ Lets use your scenario. If Brooks and Aldon are out, I'd still expect our D to pull some slack. If there's a drop off, then it's understandable. But 41 points? Nah. Folk were calling this D great and historic and I disagreed. Today further solidified that. If their D is dependent on a rookie LB and a DE then they are not great or historical or any of that shyt. As I said, D is still good. Chiefs as a team are not as good as advertised...whether you want to look at the D, coaching, whatever. I still stand by that.

I agree with you that they arent historically good defense. but they are one of the best defenses in the league right now, silly to deny that. also silly to deny impact of hali and houston, who were the defensive mvps.

and when Justin was out last year, the hags (not a great offensive team in general) hung 42 on us, if you dont remember. rushed for 175+ yards on us. thats how much Justin means to this team.

Our D has played well at times with Cowboy out of the lineup, though. Seahawks just know how to exploit our weaknesses.
