our D was worked for 30+ points with Brooks AND Aldon before. we had ZERO depth behind them. how can you say this shyt ? :why: its so fukking insulting to what brooks and aldon meant to our team before we got depth in skuta and lemonier.

can you even name guys who came in for hali and houston ?

like Ive said, you clearly have bias. you seem ( dont want to put words in your mouth) believe that defense is a unit but qbs and wrs are somehow not. I think all positions are equal, so you saying losing two of the most dominant players on the defensive side of the ball shouldnt make your d crumble is :wtf: to me.
colts lost wayne and look how they are on offense. and if they lost luck and wayne ? how would they look ? how would we look without VD and Boldin right now ?

losing two OLBS on a team that lives and dies with pass rush isnt any different than losing your top two passing targets on a team that lives and dies with the pass. or WR and a QB.

Im sorry, there isnt much difference- all of it comes from bias towards qbs and offense. youll be the first one defending kaep about receivers not getting open with no VD and Boldin....but you are saying that kc defense shouldve been putting clamps on a good qb and a good offense without their two best players ? :mindblown:

I may have a bias in thinking that QB is probably the most important position on the team. You are also in biased by your "QB is just another guy on the team" thinking as well. I mean, You're telling me Houston is more important than Rodgers so where can we really go from here?

I also never said or even alluded to KC defense putting the clamps on Rivers or the Chargers. When did that ever occur?

I never alluded to houston more important than rodgers...I said losing BOTH of them in the same game was as bad for the specific team in chiefs as it was losing any two guys on any other team. and theres no bias if I consider everyone equal to each other :youngsabo:
you YOURSELF said that teams that are built on 1-2 playes arent great
you shouldve then said, "excluding qbs, because I love their big arms and they can make or break games when other positons cannot", because otherwise your statement is intellectually dishonest.

but anyway, its the specifics on which a team is built.
you think losing ray lewis or rod woodson wouldnt do anything to baltimores 2000 team ?

I just dont understand your position. its clear that KCs defense depended on the front 7. its clear that along with poe, these guys are the pillars on which this D was built. their LBs are their weak spot, and they are depending on a rookie corner to shutdown #1 receivers.
just like we are built on our front 7 so were they
yet somehow you want to view the D as a whole unit and you view the best 2 OLBs up to date in the league as replaceable ? :wtf:

like Ive said, I gave a you a parallel with brooks and aldon. or with vd and boldin.

somehow when some weapons on the offense are out, you are quick to defend bad play. but when weapons on defense are out, youre like theyre a unit, two guys being out shouldnt mean shyt :why:

nothing personal breh, I just hate double standards. mega was held in check and stafford was hesitant to throw at him when revis was out there. revis gone, mega starts beasting. these are statistically top 2 3-4 OLBS in the league we're talking about, not some middle of the road scrubs

nothing suprising about chargers taking a shyt on them, I knew it right away after houston was injured
