yup.

dump Stefanski and crew too. Rarely works keeping the old coach with a new QB.

Their GM is a smart brotha so hopefully he knows he can't keep Stefanski there. His picks this past draft were big time hits.

Ehhh...I might see if I can keep Schwartz around. That scheme he runs works really well with the players they have on the defensive side of the ball.

Titans are a dumpster fire all the way through.

Very little talent.

Trash front office.

Where do you even start?

The NFL standings have almost completely turned upside down in comparison to last year at this point.

It's why I like when you hire a HC they come from a offensive background. Detroit and Philly lost their OCs and for multiple reasons have taken huge steps back.

Even if you find a halfway decent OC they're gonna get poached for a HC gig. Teams like SF and the Rams won't ever have these issues and it seems easier to get a guy to run the defense

Campbell and Sirianni are from offensive backgrounds, though.

Sirianni was the OC in Indy from 2018 to 2020, before getting the Eagles job.

Dan Campbell was a TE in the league and the assistant HC and TE coach in New Orleans under Sean Payton

Neither one of them called plays. Reich called his own plays in Indy and Campbell was a position coach.

Cam. He has nothing around him. Build that OLine and bring in and draft some talented youngsters at the skills positions.

They need a complete overhaul from the FO down
