You know the biggest thing I've learned? This is one of the more entertaining regular seasons in recent memory, and other recent years have been great.
All of these divisions are in flux besides possibly, the AFC East and AFC West. But even in those divisions, the Patriots have serious question marks come playoff time, are they really this good or do they look this good because of their favorable schedule?
The Broncos have a championship level defense with a question mark at QB. They may win the division but how good will they be in the playoffs?
Going into Sunday, here are what the divisions look like:
AFC EAST
Pats 2½ game lead over Bills
AFC WEST
Broncos 2 game lead over Chargers
NFC EAST
Eagles 2 game lead over Cowboys
NFC NORTH
Bears 1 game lead over Pack
NFC WEST
Rams 1 game lead over Hawks
AFC SOUTH
Colts 1 game lead over Jags
AFC NORTH
Steelers ½ game lead over Ravens
NFC SOUTH
Bucs ½ game lead over Panthers
Alot of current 3rd place teams have a chance to win their divisions, too. As we sit here today, the Niners, Falcons, Lions, Texans, Bengals, are all 3rd place and all have a chance to win their divisions.
Obviously, most of them won't. But at least one of those 5 teams will win their division, and I wouldn't be surprised if more than one did.
