Faux parity.

Execution is bad this year. D's are horrible (in part due to the rules), technique tackling is at an all-time low, on-field decision making is at :mindblown: a strikingly low level... Besides Peyton, Mega, no memorable performances of transcendent greatness for the season, the "prodigy" quarterbacks, sans Russy, look average to slightly above average... C'mon man... stop it.

So you should just go ahead and say that you want those overhyped media storylines OR like how it is in the NBA where you point to Bron, Melo, Curry, Durant etc and that's it? You ain't mention nothing about a team just individual performances.

The defenses played shytty in the first few weeks. The tackling was terrible etc, but that ain't the case no more. Football has always been an inherently offensive game. The rules have ALWAYS been shifted towards offense, but outside of a few outliers the defenses are fine.

All of those "prodigy" QBs (Bob, Luck, Russ, Kaep) are all playing exactly like they should. They're 2ND YEAR QBs. Maybe you, and the talking heads, shouldn't have put them in the HOF after their first year. The same thing happened to Cam. He came out blowing doors off his rookie year, then they figured out what he did shytty and started forcing him to his weakneses. If you watched Russ he's been average as hell too. They'll adjust in their 3rd years into the QBs they should be. I never expected them to play the same. Bob overachieved like crazy last year. Luck's team was better than folks wanted to admit and they were in a shytty division. Russ and Kaep had the protection of their defense and running games.

Peyton is the only one that has the responsibility of winning games by himself. The rest are team winning. KC is the best team in the league and they do it from all angles. This is the most balanced Pats team in a while, Carolina does it as a team, so does SF and SEA. It's refreshing that ESPN can't turn all of the NFL into 1 man shows like they do with basketball.

The Cardinals flying way under the radar and might make the offs.

Matt McGloin. :leon:

Kaepernick has really regressed.

I can see Russell Wilson winning SBs because he's poised and just carries it like a champ.

Geno Smith :scusthov:

The 6th seed in the AFC will be garbage.

You can't trust the Lions.

There's an outside chance Schiano keeps his job if they continue this short run.

The Saints and Seattle both look like the truth.

The Cowboys and Skins both suck and I love it. I'm sick of those two mediocre franchises hogging all the media coverage because they're popular and play in big markets.

Please don't lump c00n Cam, Cornball Bob and Goofy Luck with Russy. He carries himself like a champion. The others don't. Luck's accuracy is :trash:

Before RG3 came along, the only attention we got was from our ridiculous free agent contracts. We hardly got much mainstream attention. The Cowboys on the other hand....

Individual performances (and team performances) tremendously enhance the "greatness" of a season. Each individual has an assignment, and those collective assignments when executed at a high level result in great team play.

But we're not seeing that.

But regardless...what exactly has made the season great?

A whole bunch of teams in the middle of the pack trying to out duel each other for the most mediocre performances?

You really committed this season to that Seahawks bandwagon, ain't you?

Russ been all over the place this year. I've seen him miss tons of throws. I watched most of the games because my roommate is a Seahawks fan. He's been playing better lately, but he's been average as hell most of the year.

Yet you have zero proof of this as they are 10-1 and he's having a better season than last year. :patrice: Coli-logic. and :umad:

Don't worry. Maybe if c00n Cam makes it to the playoffs he can redeem himself from week 1

Buddy is getting out-of-pocket on that and a lot of stuff.

He's talking out of his ass. It's hilarious. These dudes can't embrace Russy cause he doesn't wear beats headphones or kisses his biceps. As soon as he wins a superbowl and white people start heralding him will dudes on this board start to come around. Gotta wait for a primary win. Until then they'll be riding with Hilary :banderas:
