All I'm gonna say is it sure is interesting how there's general agreement between the white nerd rap fans and young black rap fans that they don't give a shyt about Wayne's catalog. Just sayin...
He was on the right trajectory in the mid to late 2000s. Then the nikka just fell the fukk off lol. Over the past decade I've been believing those ghost writing rumors.

We haven’t had a real OutKast album in 25 years. I love OutKast but they don’t have a better catalogue than Nas or Jay. No way
In my opinion, they don't need a new album. They released enough albums while they were together to rank highly on any discography:
Southernplayalistic, Atlien, Aquemini, Stankonia, Speakerboxx/The Love Below and Idlewild is enough.
Dr. Dre's inclusion on Fantano's list is a bit more questionable.

along with no Masta Ace, they ain’t include Redman on the list either? :why:
Masta Ace is another one with over 30 years of albums and not one wack release. Consistency is always overlooked. A mf can have 2 classic albums and a bunch of bullshyt and they will say their discography is better than someone that releases good albums consistently.

I’m not saying they shouldn’t be on the list. I’m questioning them ahead of Nas and Jay. I also don’t consider Speakerbox/Love Below a real OutKast album. Dr Dre is def questionable as well.

Most of Kast albums are better than anything Jay ever put out...and the other half of jay's catalog is mid.

He has never been in a "best discographies" discussion for good reasons

Consistency is clearly the most important criteria on this list...but there's a difference between quantity and quality. There's also a difference between "good albums" and "masterpieces".

Some of the names some fans want to see on these lists have no business being there.

Come on now. RD, BP, Black Album and AG are a tough 4.

Yeah it's a combo of quality and percentages to me. Like Jay and Nas might have the most classics of the entire list but their discogs are also littered with mid and a few genuine duds, whereas somebody like Ghost may have as many grand slams but his batting average is way better.
