You’re entitled to your opinion but you also compared Kendrick to Prince before so this the most I’ll engage:francis:
So did George Clinton, Herbie Hancock and plenty of other goat artists and musicians. So don't engage if you don't want to, you're entitled to your personal tastes but those with musical experience & knowledge will keep comparing Kendrick to Prince for years to come.

The question for me when discussing discographies is are we more focused on consistency or are we rewarding the highest highs. Also are we focused on complete albums or the number of fire songs. Cause somebody like Wayne for instance is high for me on someone who if I'm making a playlist of songs of his I enjoy it'll be one of the bigger list. At the same time hardly any of his albums would make my favorite albums list. So if we're focused on quantity of songs he'd be high up for me but if it's on full bodies of work he's nowhere near my top 10.

Kanye, Nas and Jay are the clear top 3. Their catalogs are tough to beat. Id have to really give it thought in what order. Common and The Game deserve consideration as well.

All I'm gonna say is it sure is interesting how there's general agreement between the white nerd rap fans and young black rap fans that they don't give a shyt about Wayne's catalog. Just sayin...

I don't think the consensus top 3 (Outkast, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye) is going to change anytime soon, even though I personally disagree with Kanye's placement considering he hasn't released solid or acclaimed projects in a while

I didn't even know he had 8 albums, you must be counting Madd Circle/Low Profile/Westside Connection.
yes. those are his albums too.

Have barely listened to WC outside of Westside Connection. What 2 albums should I start with?
his album with Daz , West Coast Gangst shyt, is crazy. One of my favorite WC songs is on that album.

Then you have the Shadiest One and Ghetto Heisman.

I'm from NC and I even recognize WC having a dope ass discography. He never tried to jump on any fads, he stayed true to his west coast roots just giving us consistent heat every album. . I respect that.
