@Listen man Rask has officially replaced Thomas it seems with those saves in the last two minutes

I would think were in pretty good hands moving forward with Rask. These last minute saves looked like those incredible Thomas saves, without him being out of position or way the fukk out in front of the blue line.

love timmy but id say 60% of his craziest saves have been the result of him being so out of position and then having to scramble back to dive at a rebound. tuukka is just so much calmer back there. doesnt really let in a ton of bad goals, something that timmy did from time to time.

Agreed. Its yet to be seen if he can get as hot as Thomas has during some of these playoff runs, but he should be consistent, which is exactly what this squad needs. Deep, Balanced, young.

Media sensationalism in a hockey mad market combined with the fact that it appears both sides aren't even attempting to reach an agreement whereas in Benn's case both sides still seem friendly with one another and it appears to just be a matter of time.

The Subban case for me as an outsider with no real vested interest in either party is frustrating just because of the lack of negotiations and that no real numbers seem to have emerged as to what each side wants. With nothing like this to go on everything is speculation and in Canadian cities where hockey reporters try to become local celebrities they resort to tabloid tactics
