One day i just turned that shyt off. Kept dodging off this one bytchass cliff in a cave, i had to take a break....Nothing worse than dying because you fell off a cliff.

Seriously... how much time do you have to put in to unlock all the skill tree moves for all weapons? I'm asking because I've mained the Kasurigama and pretty much put all my Samurai points into that weapon and I still haven't unlocked everything for it.

Use other weapons and throw the samurai points you get from them into the kasurigama
put points into the skill stat to get samurai points

'Finished' brehs. And by finished I mean I still have like half a dozen side missions to complete along with the ten DLC missions they are adding. Going to finish Horizon and then come back for the DLC.

Damn I'm starting to make some real fkin progress. I realize there is a lot of ancillary options like skills, dojo, blacksmith,etc. Which of these shyts are important to use?

I feel like the omoyo (magic) and ninjutsu (ninja) stuff is pretty cool, adds a lot to the combat. A lot of it is just cool stuff to mess around with, but some of the omoyo stuff like sloth and weakness are basically cheats.
Definitely do all the dojo stuff, really cool bosses.

Just don't use some options. I used sloth maybe three times whole game. Weakness twice.
