Soho has not had that type of vibe since 2002....that would have been the former Williamsburg.

I've had the same apartment on the UES for over 10 years, rent stabilized and nowhere near this ridiculous asking price (yet larger, it's a 1BR). Feel lucky that I got in when I did because shyt is crazy.

excuse me?? I payed 2.5k for a much bigger modern studio in NYC. You can get a cheaper 700+ sq 1BR apartment in south Harlem or UES right now and you'd still be in Manhattan and a 5min train ride away from wherever this shytty apartment is. That prison cell is nowhere near "aint bad" status
