She basically released 7 new songs, a DVD, and a 7 month old album in new packaging for the same price as a new album. Considering there are no huge hits from those 7 new songs, it's not surprising it's not selling. Eminem and Lady Gaga in 2009 are the only artists I can think of that sold 100K or more off of a re-lease in week 1.

Unless Nicki's Re-Up is a standalone and doesn't count towards Roman Reloaded sales, I don't see how it's a flop.

That's different. Trilogy is packaging three mixtapes that were online for free for retail. He stands to gain especially since he's new to a lot of people. To them, it's three discs of brand new music. Then there's the crowd, that may have just wanted to support.

Nicki's established and is basically asking people to re-purchase her old album with 7 new songs.
