She basically released 7 new songs, a DVD, and a 7 month old album in new packaging for the same price as a new album. Considering there are no huge hits from those 7 new songs, it's not surprising it's not selling. Eminem and Lady Gaga in 2009 are the only artists I can think of that sold 100K or more off of a re-lease in week 1.
