This is extremely disturbing.

The card will contain:
-Photograph, name, age, and unique ID number
-Ten fingerprints and iris scan

Planned uses:
-Stored-value card - for example to receive wages
-ATM card
-Debit card
-Voter ID
-To receive social benefits, pension
-Tax payment
-Driver's license
-Health insurance

There will probably be fees to access your own money. The government will be able to monitor your purchases and any disease/health condition you might have. If stopped by the police you will have to hand over all info on your life.

They don't even know it. It get the angle of centralizing things to keep up with it all but that is hella invasive. A traffic stop can turn into a chastising about you not returning your borrowed book from the library.
