I'm Nigerian and I've actually had Nigerians try to pull this scam on me...I never fell for it once.

Anytime someone wants to paypal or western union/moneygram something it's a tip off.

There's actually companies in Nigeria (not too many and small at that)...that employ people to do this...it's sad how much that 419 culture and all of the negative stigma it bestows hangs over our heads.

I had a feeling this was some organized crime sh!t. Because when I tried to sell my ipad, I got a few messages that were exactly alike from a bunch of different numbers.

so this is like a job.. probably a bunch of them sitting in a room looking at ads....send a text to a few hundred people and your guaranteed to find one or two people naive enough to fall for it
