I support the Kaep/Nike re-up but this is an excellent point
he has done an exceptional job but I just hate when huge companies come into play....

His words are much stronger than theirs on this issue,I dont want them to drown him out with ads that are more sport related( e.g last minute of the game, final play scenarios) than the real issue at hand

him being paid shouldn't be a + for the cause he is driving home

his voice was already being heard by his hard work( solo)

his " business partner" is just that, a business partner, they are now turning his hard work into their campaign

nikkas went from " lets build and circulate money between one another:salute:" to " im buying 2 pairs of nike shoes just because of this :blessed:"

with statements like that ,it just proves their plan is working .

No one asked the man to be a damn pauper for the cause.

On some " oh you got paid and now it's not cool" shyt.

Nothing would please his critics more than if he was broke begging for attention.

On top of the Nike deal and if he wins his NFL lawsuit that's fantastic news. He's not depedendent on the NFL or his critics and they are PISSED.

The fact that he got paid is icing on the cake.

When I was a kid people got shot over 8 Ball/Starter jackets. People get shot for jewelry, cash, cars...see a pattern. People rob and kill for material possessions. That's not exclusive to Nike. They're in business to sell products not be a non profit community organization.
Muthafukkas was gettin laced up for them little Nautica keychain shyts on the back of backpacks.

nike are pimpin the situation

its pretty sad

:scust:

Kaep has been with Nike this entire time. The NFL unfairly cast him away. Nike didn't bail on him and are giving him the exposure he deserves while sticking it to the NFL for how they treated him. I'm cool with that.

I was away at college during the Avirex years. Public school kids used to post up outside my grammar school booking kids for Starter jackets.

Shocked Nike did this but happy they did. It really Ethers the whole "Colin isn't Marketable". Also never forget to remind the Colin Haters he went to 2 NFC Title Games and a Super Bowl when they try to mention he had a "Failed" Career. Colin has had more Playoff success then several Starting QB's in the game right now. The NFL has run out of excuses and if they were smart they would settle the Collusion case because it's clear he was blackballed not because of skill but for political reasons. A majority of the Owners were linked with Trump.

This sentiment is literally some shyt I've only ever read on the internet...not just the argument that he's doing it for profit, but also the thought that being half black somehow invalidates his or anyone else's blackness. Him and Obama (half white) get called ****** too.

Do you and your friends/folks believe this too? I have never even heard someone even lightly infer either way.
And unlike Obama, it appears Kap has fully embraced his blackness.

So no one is bothered by the fact this mixed raced individual (that could pass for white) who became "woke" very recently has parlayed his stance against police brutality for profit? :why:
It’s clear he wasn’t doing it for profit.

Now those biracial actors that take black roles, that would be a good example

I want to see the look on cacs faces when they see this... :lolbron:

Who cares. They're losing on this issue and the smart thing to do would be to fall back and shift the narrative.

It's gotta be a rude awakening when you realize that the rest of the United States doesn't share your small world view. I'm glad a big company like Nike decided to put themselves out there. They really have NOTHING to lose. I don't know why the NFL chose the side of racists... they have nothing to lose either. Your player base is black. A large portion of your fans are minorities. Plus where else is your hick consumer gonna go?

And lastly, prominent cacs like JJ Watt, Aaron Rodgers, and Tom Brady had nothing to lose as well. Your fans would still rock with you.

Look at Eminem, he didn't really lose and fans because he went at Trump.

Soon all of these people are going to have nowhere to run to reinforce their archaic and outdated views.
