Are the Hornets going to be able to use the Jordan logo on their uniforms now?

I get hype for new uniforms (I live in Oregon, University of Oregon's football team spoiled me)
But these aren't even real...here's what's actually going down.

"Instead of the Adidas logo, there will be a swoosh, sleeved jerseys will fade away, and some teams will modify their alternate jerseys, but the league is not getting a total uniform makeover next season. Things will look basically the same.

Except in Charlotte — they will not have a swoosh, they will have the Jordan Jumpman logo."

These ones were the all time WOAT, even over the pacers ones that read hickory and had different color shorts from the shirt. How are you gonna be the magic or bulls with your black alternate with pinstripes and wear this trash, or the Celtics with maybe the most all time classic uniform in basketball and wear this?
