They hold that the smoking of cannabis enjoys Biblical sanction, and is an aid to meditation and religious observance. Among Biblical verses,[38] Rastas quote the following as justifying the use of cannabis:

  • Genesis 1:11 "And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so."
  • Genesis 1:29 "And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb-bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat."
  • Genesis 3:18 "... thou shalt eat the herb of the field."
  • Psalms 104:14 "He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man."
  • Proverbs 15:17 "Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred therewith."[39]
  • Revelation 22:2 " the river of life proceeded to flow from the throne of God, and on either side of the bank there was the tree of life, and the leaf from that tree is for the healing of the nations."

1. I capitalize "White" because I'm referring to them as a race.

2. I capitalize "Black" too, so what's your point?

The point is you're making erroneous statements about 'nikkas' praying to a 'white god', yet you capitalize the word 'white' when identifying them. Do we really need to go into what proper nouns are? It seems you're the one who is really giving white people respect, not the 'nikkas' praying.

Or it could be that I'm referring to them as a people/race and not color. Because capitalizing a name equals giving someone respect.

Let's get to the meat of the matter. Who is the 'White god' that Blacks are praying to, and can you prove said 'White god' is actually white according whatever religious text he is mentioned in?

Like I said, the description according to the religious text that it came from, hence the Bible. A picture of a white Jesus wasn't painted during Jesus' time, nor is it how he is described in the Bible. Two accounts of the description of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 1:13-15

13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

Daniel 10:5-6

5 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz:

6 His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.

And just for fun, the description of the angels

Ezekiel 1:7

7 And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.

The 'white Jesus' was a likeness of Cesare Borgia who is the son of Pope Alexander VI of Rome. It is NOT how Jesus was described in the Bible. Jesus and other Biblical figures were white-washed during a process called iconoclasm where the devil put up HIS image as the Holy ones of the Most High. The real images of Jesus and the prophets, dating back to the times they actually lived are in the video below. Whether you watch it or not is on you, but it's best to not go around parroting something you haven't looked into yourself.
