I rarely come to the Arcadium but i saw this thread on the main screen. But, if you wasn't actively playing video games when N64 was in it's prime then you don't understand. That system brought nikkas together. It was like THEE video game system in highschools in the late 90s. Wrestling, 007, Mario Cart>>>

It has some classics for sure and I think the issue now being able to play classic games anytime we want is that n64 had a lot of clunky & slow games compared to the ps1. Not many good jrpgs or fighting games (outside of smash bros) when they were booming in the mid-late 90s. Also I think if the n64 had a different controller it would’ve been more highly regarded but with that said when it came to party games, wrestling, 3D platformers and racing games it was elite.

I had a N64 and PS1, but to say the N64 is overrated is crazy.

You need to update the title if you want to do a PS1 vs N64 comparison. Just cause the PS1 was dope doesn't negate the fact N64 is also dope.

No Gran Turismo, no Twisted Metal, your Final Fantasy replacement was DOGshyt, no Siphon Filter, no Metal Gear Solid. N64 can’t compete. There’s a reason it barely sold more than the SNES
