Fam you don't always have to testify. The person being snitched on can plead guilty and there is no trial. And plenty of paperwork has informant #1 provided such and such with no names.

Tip prosecutor saying they "put together a special deal" for him that allowed them to go under the sentencing guidelines would negate the need for his sentencing report to display something like that. The crime stoppers commercial and all the other things they had him doing is the reason there giving for his sentence reduction. But he had the same lawyer that his snitching homeboy alfamega had
