In what alternate reality do you live in that you can be prosecuted and sentenced in open court on word of mouth? You little nikkas swear y'all know what you're talking about but barely have speeding tickets...cut it out...

MDI (Motion to Declare an Informant).

If you are being prosecuted and the prosecution is using evidence from a CI (confidential informant) you can file a motion to force them to give that CI's name. If they do not, your case - depending on the evidence - can be completely dropped.

If this nikka is/was ever a CI, his name would eventually have to come out in open court to prosecute any of the cases he was involved in making.
