At least I did it through Sigma 2 with no issues although it was a much watered down version

About halfway through this and didn't really struggle on hard mode, so I'm guessing that I should've picked the hardest mode instead for closer to the OG experience.

Quick read online says this game is kind of a mix of the OG and sigma 2 so that might be why I'm not struggling as bad as I did in the original game.

Chapter 6...alright.

This isn't a bad remake at all but the shadow drop was 100% calculated. If there was time to dissect this, a bit more pause would be given.

I'm playing on PS5 Pro and maybe it's PSSR acting up but I feel like it isn't as...clear as it should be. It gets kind of muddy to the point where I lose track of Ryu. The hair is especially egregious and looking at the wolves in Chapter 6 is


And the camera is every bit as it was in 2008.

I'm still hyped for 4 but this was a bit undercooked and $10-20 too high.

Change the graphics settings, I felt the same way. Turned motion blur off and some other shyt, and it looked better.

There's some stylistic graphics choices in this game that distract from how beautiful this game truly is. It looks magnificent actually.

I beat it on very hard The camera was the hardest boss in the game I understand wanting to stay true to the OG but the camera is fukking TRASH

I’ve beaten the game (again) and man I miss this type of action games.

Imma need devs to drop the souls-likes and lock in on pure action games like NG and DMC.

So NG Black, NG2 Black, and NG3 Razor’s Edge are now the best versions/way to play each game. Sigma and the NG collection are buns.

I take it back dope remake but the og NG2 is still king. This is basically a sigma 2 remake lol.

I forgot how fun this game was in the 360/Ps3 era. The story is complete nonsense but the gameplay and fun factor was/is all that matters. I also forgot how frustrating the camera angles were
