If windows connects online with a serial that's been locked or banned it locks your shyt down, doesn't even give you an option.

Companies have fail safes built into their devices and hardware. They know when you try to steal their os, their games, run unauthorized versions, etc.

Nintendo and Sega been doing this since cartridges, and ain't and Xbox. This ain't new.

You can go down the rabbit hole on YouTube and watch all the antipiracy screen video compilations from nes, SNES, Gameboy, Sega, PlayStation, Xbox.

Companies take that shyt seriously, they even make it fun telling you to quit stealing.

But you can get into the BIOs and wipe that shyt and start over

I just don’t think this is worth it unless you could class action it into something bigger & you would want to show a number of innocent people being affected by this. Which in turn Nintendo is willing to turn the system on if you can prove you didnt go in intending to hack games so there isn’t a way to show harm.

The whole thing is designed to give them control that wouldn't old up under legal scrutiny but they can avoid scrutiny.

You buy their product you agree to the terms of you want access to their online services. They flat out spell out they can ban your system there.

Banning an account is far more devastating than a simple system ban. Some people have generations on online games thousands of dollars wrapped up in their online accounts.

the system just came out a month ago. aint but like 3 new nintendo games on it. 2 of them are overpriced.. this isnt the strong stance that you think it is. they opened up with $80 so you won't be surprised in the next year.

There is no fight, because what’s overpriced to you isn’t to me, and what’s overpriced to me isn’t to the next person. It all comes down to what people are willing to pay for each particular title.
If Zelda, Intergalactic, and GTA VI are $99.99 then guess what? nikkas are buying it no questions asked. That fight the price ship sailed off a long time ago.
