Nintendo reserves the right to brick your console following "unauthorised use", in bid to prevent piracy.

Yes it is... because i told you before if your games are all digital and they revoke your access how will you play?!?!:mjlol:
You think innocent folks wont get caught up in it???
You still dont see the inherent dangers of this do you???:heh:

YOU WILL OWN NOTHING AND BE HAPPY!!! :birdman:
Games at this point are disposable media. There is no real value in ownership. Give it several years and there will likely be a remake or remaster of whatever game you bought that renders your version inferior.

Anyone outside the top 1% doesn't own much of value anyway to begin with. Stop paying the mortgage and see who owns your home. If you don't have a mortgage stop paying the taxes and find out what happens.

nintendo has a lot of nerve to bytch about piracy when they were selling their own pirated roms to their customers in the forms of virtual console and those mini nes/sneses. they couldnt even be bothered to re-rip their own carts. wouldnt surprise me if they stole emulator source code too

Why do they need to re-rip them? They have the rights to the pirated version of their own content and somebody ripped them already. Why reinvent the wheel if it already exist?

because it looks bad lol

i cant really think of a good example/analogy... take the wire for instance. when omar robbed avons stash house and gave the dope to prop joe, dont you think joe re-vialed it or swapped the cap colors at least?

i suppose you could make an argument comparing it to bands who sell their own bootlegs... wouldnt it look better as a "live" release?

Again they have the rights to their content. Even if someone else makes an illegal copy it isn’t an illegal copy when it comes into their possession and is distributed by them. Someone else just saved them the trouble of ripping it. Now if that copy didn’t exist they’d simply make their own but why bother if it already exist?
