Wow. Upgrade to something Vita had since 2011. Smh. The fact that u STILL can’t use the switch lite as a double for a controller is ridiculous.

I see what you're saying. I mean. If I'm playing with the joycon, someone else has the gamepad, and another person is using the switch lite as a game controller for the switch which is displaying on the tv....that would kind of be cool.

In no way should the switch lite be like a wii-u game pad for the og switch (in that it displays video). That's silly and redundant.

I’ve ran in to some fukked up situations with my kids where my joycons had drift issues and since my youngest has a switch lite. It would’ve been dope to be able to connect with the console as an extra controller. I was pissed when I found out it wasn’t possible. Another feature the Vita has over the Switch.

It’s not looking that way. Seems like everyone giving this the screw face. I was really looking forward to MDread, advanced wars and SMTV this year and now I’m kinda like ehhh… I hate using my switch. Good games but the hardware is so lackluster

Yeah going by the original rumors it was just going to be an option just like what the ps4 pro was to the ps4

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they drop that as some minimal update on some shyt.

It'd be super simple because there's already bluetooth input.

In fact you can already pair the lite and the full sized together cause the kids connect the screens together when playing mario party or 51 games

Eh I really think they’re serious. there were a lot of reputable sources confirming an upgraded switch
I still think nintendo has it ready but they don’t want to release it because of the chip shortage so they released this model so the original switch gets discontinued and they can still sell this one at a higher markup
