Looking at social media, Nintendo ended up winning anyway because everybody on Twitter is talking about Zelda. Doesn't matter how shyt the overall presentation was. That one game has everybody talking about pre-ordering.

Ya'll nikkas exaggerating now. The presentation was kinda trash but Switch is still dope. Launch titles are non existent but we all know Zelda about to be GOTY. Then Mario in the winter and maybe Xenoblade. That's 3 must play exclusives in one year. PS4 and XBOX only have about 4 each and its in its 4th year.

Once again Nintendo will prioritize the wireless connection.

We are less than 24 hours away from the official presentation of Nintendo Switch, and there are still many details that remain unknown about the hybrid console of the Big N launching in March, when it hits stores. The final list of products of the HORI brand, leaked yesterday and was later confirmed as real, includes not only an interesting Arcade Stick but also a network adapter, a LAN adapter, which has caused much controversy among the community because it would mean that Switch will not have Ethernet port.

Since Nintendo introduced Internet in its home consoles with Wii, they have never introduced standard LAN adapters, neither of internal form nor with adapters, but has sold them separately. This was repeated with Wii U, and now it seems that Nintendo Switch will also suffer the same fate.

Has there ever been a console that had an amazing launch though? Like a console that came out with an amazing library of games? The good games always came later.

I don't know man. This presentation was a bit underwhelming. Even if the launch sucks they still have a chance to turn things around later this year. But so far things are looking bleak.

When was the last time people bought a nintendo system to eat off 3rd party games? It literally was the SNES for me. Not including hand helds.

Zelda looks good But if Zelda launches day one on the Wii U, there's no poitn in getting the switch right away. I could honestly wait a few months until the Mario drops. Idk right now the conference was a fukking mess.

Then don't. Get it on the Wii U. From experience systems are seldom ever worth getting at launch anyway.

I've watched that trailer multiple times I've never gone from being lukewarm to sold on a game so fast. I went from meh I'll play it at some point to I want it now in 3 minutes. That game looks like it'll be Ocarina of Time level good. Zelda has been kinda going through the motions for a while now this could be the game that brings it back into serious game of the generation level talk like Ocarina of Time was.

The atmosphere, sense of adventure, wonder, the music, If they would have shown Ganon or Ganondorf it would have been the perfect trailer. They need to work on the English voice acting a bit but I'll overlook it and if they don't I'll hope for dual audio.

This Switch is gonna cost me bread. $300 for the console, $70 for the Pro controller, $48 for Zelda.
