They had planned to ship 2 million units worldwide which isn't alot. So of course it sold out quickly.

People are also forgetting that this IS their handheld going forward as well. Games will come in bunches. It's like ya'll forgot how trash the 3DS launch was. Now it has gems for days.

its being announced as a hybrid, and in the worst way. not enough battery to truly be a portable(unless they start selling game gear battery packs again) and now enough power to to stand alone as a console. put in the expensive ass accessories and nintendo is in trouble from everyone thats not a lifelong fan.

I ain't paying $1200 for no PS5. To eliminate competition, is to encourage laziness. PS4 had no games for 2 and a half years, but not a peep from Sony stans.

Better framerate, colors, draw distance and doesn't seem like there's pop-in at all on the Switch. Probably not really noticable unless you get into combat with a lot of enemies at once or in a graphics intensive cutscene.

If you already have a Wii U it's no reason to jump to the Switch just to play it
