:yeshrug: I’m just not interested in making playlists cause you’ll end up listening to the same shyt over and over...I don’t mind the radio cause I hate uncensored music :manny: that shyt just vulgar for no reason...christ Brown’s song back to sleep song for example...radio version: sex you back to sleep girl :manny:...uncensored version: fukk you back to sleep girl :beli:...why? Can I even listen to that shyt around my 13 year old niece? :jbhmm: The song was great without the profanity...
A 13 year old knows exactly what the real words are to that song and prefers that version

Y'all still running with that indie shyt?
:heh:

Numbers matter and have mattered for decades

A nikka's sales should be close to his social media followers

But you nikkas don't buy shyt..
Quick to argue how this mediocre nikka is top 5 in California though

What was the point in signing to Atlantic when he moving Big Krit independent #'s on a major now ?

I like Nip but ehh shoulda did 75k +
This a flop brehs :yeshrug:
75? How? Nip's reach seems a lot bigger on the net than it is in reality, but he's really a so cal artist...not even west coast. He doesn't get radio play even here in the bay, I don't really know many people out east or Midwest who listen to him, and he's not a female oriented artist nor an artist with big singles or high profile features...his numbers seem right :yeshrug:

I hear what u saying especially with a nikka like Krit.
But shyt, a nikka like Big Boi good.
Big Boi ain't even gotta make no more albums.
Only reason he do is cause he love this shyt.

Yeah but if no one's buying the music then it's likely the artist will either stop creating, lower the quality of their production and recording or change the direction of their music completely.

If I fukk with a project I want it to be successful commercially because that means I've got a higher chance of getting a similar product from that artist again and they're going to keep moving in same direction musically.

That's why I always pay for the music I fukk with. If Fab and Jada sold a couple hundred thousand copies of their collab tape you'd see more legacy artists collaborating as a result.

I hear what u saying, but some nikkas be studying these sales of these records like they actually making money from it and shyt.

40K ain’t bad for an album with no singles

Didn’t he sign with a major label for this album? What promotion?

No doubt they know but would my 13 year old dare repeat the “real words” around me? That’s the million dollar question...

She’s not scared you buddy.

He had a single and he’s been everywhere promoting the album
