I had to manually change the live link URL to reflect that it's the 15th show, but I got it to work finally. Woot!

What's this fukkery with the block matches? It's pretty obvious which direction they're going to for the block winner

Tenzan/Shibata and Makaba/Tana were decent and AJ/Fale was a fun brawl.

Still haven't watched the show with Goto/Ishii and Honma/Nakamura, I'm guessing those matches were probably way better than anything I saw this morning

Just watched Ishii/Goto and Nakamura/Honma. :mjcry: at Honma trying to hit that kokeshi at all costs. Goto and Ishii was an amazing match, they were just killing each other out there

:francis: Naito losing to bum ass Gallows really pissed me off. I know they are trying to do upsets near the end of the tournament, but to bumass Luke Gallows though, especially since Naito seems like someone the crowd cares about now compared to 2013 when he got no sold going against Okada as a main eventer. :beli: Bullet Club getting stale, they gotta do something. AJ, Anderson, and Tonga the only ones that are cool now, everyone else is :camby: in the set. Almost hoping CenaHashi buries them all. :skip:

Agreed on all points. I didn't get the decision to make Naito lose to Gallows, especially since no one in Japan seems to care about Gallows.

They definitely have to break up BC or at least tease dissention more. I thought they were going there when Kenny Omega basically cost Ibushi the title

:wtf: I didn't get why they had Naito wrestling as a babyface for in this match. Especially for Gallows who's lucky to be a tag champ. I know they want to try to keep BC strong and be unpredictable, but to beat Naito to Gallows in Japan though? :russ: Shyt if I was a Japanese wrestler or fan, I'd be real pissed having a bum foreigner win. The crowd is begging AJ to turn babyface. I think he has a prime babyface run in him, even though he has been money as a heel. NJPW don't want to break them up because of the merch they sell, but they are reaching late 97-early 98 NWO level of staleness. Besides AJ & Anderson, Tonga is the only one with good potential imo, he has improved and probably looks like be can be in the G1 next year. Fale has reached his ceiling already imo. Not a fan of Hall's kid, think he has been getting too much offense for a green young boi. Takahashi has a good gimmick, but boring in the ring. Everyone else in the group are whatever, I never really liked them adding the Young Bucks & Omega to the group, just added to many members of the group & those 3 just aren't believable as badass heels that the Bullet Club are supposed to be imo. Feel like the Bullet Club peaked and wasn't the same once Jeff Jarrett had to jump on the wave for me & the Yoshi Tatsu debut costing AJ the belt just made the Bullet Club like any other group we've all seen before & not as special imo.

You're preaching breh. The BC have been really corny since Devitt left.

NJPW needs to do a lot of stuff next year. They bring in new younger domestic talent, replace some of the older gaijin who've lost their spark, push younger talent and revitalize both tag divisions. They gotta pull the trigger on Naito and push him way more while he's hot right now. Maybe they should give him the IC title

Haven't watched the tag matches yet but those upsets:wow:

I thought maybe we'd see Fale get jumped out of the BC but I guess all is well for now. Not really a Gallows fan and I would have never guessed Naito would go down to him at this point:ohhh:

Tenzan and Shibata was good. The crowd was really into it. Big pop for the Tenzan W. Shibata really looked dead there for a second...

Ibushi getting outsmarted by :yano:

Tanahashi and Makabe was nice, I was almost expecting Togi to get a W going by the unpredictability of earlier

:lupe: You think they should go all the way on a Naito IWGP HW title push or is that 2013 backlash by the fans still going to hold Naito back? :skip: With today's booking, you can tell how much marks of 80's NWA wrestling Gedo & Jado are. They just eliminated Naito, and now its almost a given AJ-Tanahashi is going to be the finals match. Okada-Tanahashi have dope matches, but we really need them to match up again? :francis: Same with AJ-Okada. They got some really good talent, but they have to build up a youngin ASAP as a main eventer with Tanahashi's back injuries & Nakamura getting older. Shibata will never be the "guy" because he left NJPW high & dry & he has beef with Tanahashi, even though countless times he has shown to be one of, if not the most over guy when he is in the ring on the level with Nakamura imo.

I would go all the way with him right now. Give him the IC title, bring in the rest of his stable and set up Nakamura vs Naito at WK10. I hope this next Tana/Okada main at WK10 is the last one.I don't know how they're gonna set up Tanahashi/okada again for WK10. 2/3 falls?
