Mad Catz's extensive line of PlayStation 3 Tournament Edition FightSticks will not function with Sony's new PlayStation 4, Joystiq confirmed today with Mad Catz senior product development manager Richard Neville. "Playstation 4 will require a whole new set of peripherals," Neville said.

Currently, Mad Catz has announced that it is launching a new and improved Tournament Edition 2 FightStick for the Xbox One when that console is released sometime this year, but the peripheral manufacturer was unable to comment on the availability of future PlayStation 4 sticks.

Just when the President said, "If you can't get online, just get an Xbox 360", they throw people under the bus again with this bullshyt. It's like they are trying their hardest to just make sure no one buys this piece of shyt. In my book, Xbox One is DOA. Its going to get real expense for people who buy and support this shyt because they are going to be nickle and diming the hell outta yall until the system gets replaced. When Microsoft's stock starts falling and the Xbox President gets replaced (because he is going to get replaced for being a dumb ass), watch cold hearted corporate America change up the Xbox One. They will find a way to recoup their loss.... Expect this to happen within the first year of the launch.

1. Firing the President (Or he will resign)
2. Getting rid of the always online component.
3. Ending the dumb ass policy on used games (but they will make a deal with "authorized sellers".)
4. Make more tv deals in the meanwhile to offset the loses, reduce the number of AAA games to 3 or 4.
5. More third party games.
6. Make Live Cheaper.

PS4 has a new controller with new features so you'll need to use the new pad (even if you can use the old one, why would you?), and Madcatz fightsticks that cost you a grip are confirmed obsolete on PS4 as well. The only thing left is headsets, and one comes with X1 and I assume with PS4 too. Both systems are pretty much in the same boat, so whats the big deal?

yeah well 1 more thing before this thread completely dies from an overdose of logic.

Turtle Beach headsets. I dont have one and dont know how they work exactly so correct me if I'm wrong, but if you can basically plug them in and use them as headphones for your tv - and since Kinect has a mic and audio is played through the tv, then your Turtle Beach headsets will work the same way without having to plug them into the controller or console or anything other than your tv.

The only downfall to that would be background noise, but cats dont turn off their mics with all types of shyt going on in their house as it is

The Kinect is the default mic on XBox One.
