yeah well 1 more thing before this thread completely dies from an overdose of logic.

Turtle Beach headsets. I dont have one and dont know how they work exactly so correct me if I'm wrong, but if you can basically plug them in and use them as headphones for your tv - and since Kinect has a mic and audio is played through the tv, then your Turtle Beach headsets will work the same way without having to plug them into the controller or console or anything other than your tv.

The only downfall to that would be background noise, but cats dont turn off their mics with all types of shyt going on in their house as it is

that's not how they work... the receiver is a usb plugged into the back of your xbox.. that's one wire..

from the receiver, there is another wire that plugs into the audio inputs in your tv. its a double sided input.. meaning you can put another input and piggyback it, into the receiver inputs.. picture double audio inputs going into the same hole

you then take the audio imports from your xbox (don't know how it works with hdmi) and plug those into the receivers... like i was explaining before..

theeeeeeeeeeeen to get the mic to work, you plug a wire into your headphones and connect that into the controller















there was no way in fukk they were do all that shyt again for the one.. and as long as i've been alive and gaming.. i don't remember too many controllers working for the NEXT system.. unless it was the dualshocks.. but even then the earlier ones wouldn't rumble anyway and before that they didn't have analogs

This post will go ignored since its fanboy central in here but I'll expand on it anyways. PS4 has a new controller with new features so you'll need to use the new pad (even if you can use the old one, why would you?), and Madcatz fightsticks that cost you a grip are confirmed obsolete on PS4 as well. The only thing left is headsets, and one comes with X1 and I assume with PS4 too. Both systems are pretty much in the same boat, so whats the big deal?
