Last year when I did nofap unintentionally I ended up boxing and ending a "friendship" with a dude I used to be cool with. I don't really regret it because the dude and me really didn't have compatible personalities in the first place and he had stepped out of line, it was more of he's my nikka's nikka, so we're nikkas through that. But yea, last year that shyt made me on edge after the 1st and 2nd weeks, I found myself getting mad and angry at shyt I normally would have just gone "meh, that's the way it goes" at. I liked it though, you gotta put that edge into something productive though.

I completed the 90 day challenge last year. The 1st week is the hardest, and then you get into a routine. The second you start feeling that urge , get away from your computer and go out immediately...go do something productive (e.g. the gym). It definitely improves your sex life but if you don't have a girl ...good luck...it will be unbearable
