Y'all do realize all the men in Brooklyn MDC are pretrial, meaning they haven't even been convicted of a crime yet or they are waiting for bail hearings/court dates. Never heard of Kalief Browder?? You Fukkin unsympathetic idiots. You don't know their situation or circumstances and they could be locked based on false accusations. It's not just Tax that's in lockup.

They've been without heat since Jan 21. No, they don't deserve to be treated like animals or suffer deprived of their rights to basic humane conditions during a polar vortex. lolsmh. weird comparison. people on their own have free will to do whatever they want. but under the law there is something that is called duty of care and it applies to anybody you have under certain "custody" like kids, students, prisoners, etc. you cant just not feed somebody you have under your control and custody.
