Most people who need a place to stay are bums. A few weeks? Yeah try 1 year.

My cousin trying to stay with us, told his ass hell naw. Boy is 26 and a bum with no ambition working random jobs.

Learned this when I 18, coworker/friend let his girlfriend of 1 month move in with her 6 month old baby. Six months after she moved in they broke up, she took him to court and the judge allowed her to continue living there. He had to continue paying the rent until the lease was up or he would have lost a huge deposit. Dude had to end up moving (the girl would bring guys over) and had to sell his bimmer in order to be able to afford paying for two apartments

her BF was kicking her out

asked to stay by me

had a full house 3BRs and a furnished basement for self

still told her no w/o hesitation cuz I understood exactly why her husband was kicking her out

another cousin of ours felt sorry enough to take her in

him and his BM kicked her out a week later

my home is my castle and peace of mind is PARAMOUNT

Many years after that I had my 10 year vow renewal on a yacht shyt was nice but what fukked me up is after getting off the boat and everyone saying their goodbyes she tries to hit me up for bread because I guess she realized people had been giving me gifts that day

I'm literally in my tux hugging her from the car window and she tries to hold something

I just knew her mind was never right and then a few years after that tried to hit my wife for money thru Facebook

One dude would show up at Craigslist room rentals. Move in and never pay. Then tell em it's his house. He practiced law so he would take the home owner to court and actually win.

He did thus for like 8 years straight. Even lived with a woman for 5 years against her will.

He was doing this shyt up and down the whole east coast. You come home and he would rearrange the whole house.

I wouldve stop paying the rent and told the landlord to kick us out. fukk the deposit. No way im paying the way of a disrespectful bytch like that. I wouldve went to the landlord like i aint paying shyt, evict me. nikkas got me fukked.

That doesnt make sense.. how the judge gonna force you to pay rent? Back rent, yes.
All bro had to do was go to the landlord and say he couldnt pay anymore, and to please start the eviction process. He gets evicted, how can shorty stay there?
