Have you ever gone to eviction court in Atlanta? shyt is the worst and you can’t ever get rid of them on the first try. You gotta keep taking days off work to go back to court to evict them. I would never ever let somebody stay with me knowing how hard it is to make them leave (legally)

I warned her she can easily afford the rent by herself why take that risk?

Boy this man was a drama queen, who slowly revealed his crazy. Then refused to move out when she had enough of his fukkery.

She begged me to help her as I was still on the lease. So I asked for my key back. And he called the police who arrived and promptly told him he had to give the key back. Boy, this grown man started screaming and crying.

Boy they got his ass out the cut. I saw him at work and he told me we were cool and he understood. But that my ex was a massive bytch.

All bro had to do was go to the landlord and say he couldnt pay anymore, and to please start the eviction process. He gets evicted, how can shorty stay there?

the judge didn't force him to pay rent, he just couldn't kick her out. yea he could have stopped paying but didn't want to lose his deposit

My cousin moved in with his "best friend".

Ended up fukking his fiancé while he was actually in the house. He told me she would wait til he was in a deep sleep, then they would meet down in the unfinshed basement and get a quickie in. This went on for 3 months til he got back on his feet and got his own place.

His best friend still dont know. They still go out on double dates like nothing happened. Cuzzo told me he stopped fukkin her because he knew it was wrong after he invited him in his home rent free.

If my cousin told me some shyt like that I would be very tempted to stop fukking with him.
