JK. The top artists were still solid. 50 Cent after the second album was extra average imo.
But overall the scene fashion and music wise just wasn't as impactful as the 90's to me.

Nikkas wearing brands like Von Dutch, Chrome Hearts, Evisu, fitted baseball caps back in style.

A lot of rappers and singers are sampling 2000’s hip-hop and R&B.

2000’s black sitcoms are being added to Netflix.
