Is it open season on comedians after this? I've seen Chris Rock say worse about fellow celebs when they were right there in the audience.

It's ill when rappers are beefing with comedians. Kanye vs Pete and now Will vs Chris. Only Will didn't threaten Chris, he actually hit him and did it on national TV.

first of all it’s a legendary comedian, not some guy on the street. Second, the joke wasn’t even that bad. Third, like I said before these guys ALREADY put their lives out there for everyone to see, you can do that and expect not to have this kind of thing happen. You’re a public figure, you’re all good for comedians to talk shyt or make fun of something. Bottom line is Chris Rock kept it professional but Will Smith looked like an idiot. Everyone thought it was part of the act until he was yelling like a madman.

Chris didn’t have any options at his disposal but to make it professional. However he reacted live, is his real true reaction. If you think about how celebrities (and people in general) that has secret cancer battles, you never know.

I heard that Chris Rock made a joke about Jussie Smollett messing up his light-skinned privileged because of his arrest. When it comes to skin-tone jokes, there's some lines even a comedian can't cross, and that was one of them. That was an insult to any Black person around Will Smith's skin-tone and lighter, who had success in this society. Maybe the joke tonight about his wife, and the recent joke about light-skinned privilege (which I'm sure offended both of them), set him off.
