She's light-skinned too...lol, especially to Chris Rock. And he compared her to GI Jane? At least compare her to a bald-headed sister. Jada got it twice.

Only reason he slapped Chris Rock is because.....he is Chris Rock, the one most of us know as Pookie The Crackhead from New Jack City. If that was Chappelle, Katt, Mike Epps, any other comedian.....Will sits in his seat and keeps his mouth shut.
I think Will reacted the way he did because his family has been attacked heavily the past few years. They've been a punchline and he's at the point where he's not laughing it off any more. Sure, the whole Red Table talks invited people into their lives in a way that they never have before, but remember they were incredibly private about their lives. People only speculated what the inside of their marriage looked like.

Like I said above. She caught it twice. He practically said light-skinned privilege got them both to Hollywood. If you think they didn't discuss that at home, you're only fooling your self. Then he turned around and told his wife she looked like GI Jane, a bald-headed White girl. All I can say is, you gotta have thick skin to be in that circle, even though Chris was playing with two sticks of dynamite.
Although I wasn't all that crazy to hear about the light-skinned privileged joke Chris Rock made, it still disturbs me seeing that shot of him getting smacked. He been in the game too long for that. I'm glad he handled it the way he did, making a joke out of it, and having people think it was part of his act. It could have gotten a lot uglier than it did.

Chris had none of that smoke for the white couple he just was joking bout, yet he cracks a joke about Will’s wife’s health condition. shyt happens.
That works both ways. I'm sure someone of Chris's caliber are prepared for people to react like that. I mean, comedians will pick random people out of an audience of strangers and go in on them. In those cases, security will remove the person from the audience if they attempt to approach the stage, but comedians know it could go there.
