It's not fasting if your eating tomato soup, soup is food,
sodas, juices, anything other than water or maybe a black coffee is gonna raise your insulin levels and you are not gonna be burning fat like you think

A whole month of no food is suicide just do intermittent fasting

I've done a 10-day water only fast before. A month is insane, but a few folks at my church growing up did Jesus' 40-day fast. They nearly fukking killed themselves. You need to consult a doctor and make sure you have all of your vitamins, proteins, and fat intake covered by supplements or a smoothie.
